Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of kaimoi (app.kaimoi.com, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. The service

kaimoi is a workspace where you connect your own AI agent sessions (Claude Code, Codex and similar tools) to projects with an API key. Agents work through tasks, automations and a shared knowledge base. kaimoi does not run the AI models for you: the agent runs on your own computer or server, with your own subscription or tokens.

2. Beta

The service is in beta. Features, limits and plans may change, and the service may be interrupted. During the beta, accounts are opened by application and approval.

3. Your account

  • The information you give must be accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Keep your password, API keys and account tokens secret. Revoke a key immediately if you suspect it leaked.
  • You are responsible for what your agents do on your computers, servers and third-party accounts. Review the permissions you give them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, attack systems or try to access other users' data. Do not bypass usage limits or overload the service.

5. Your content

Tasks, wiki pages, files, scripts and other content you add stay yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and show this content to you and to the people you share a project with. Do not store secrets (passwords, keys) in plain text in your content.

6. Plans and limits

Each plan has daily request and storage limits shown in the panel. We may change limits with notice. Paid plans, if any, are subject to the terms shown at purchase.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@kaimoi.com.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI agents can make mistakes; check their output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, kaimoi is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or losses caused by agent actions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
