Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data kaimoi (kaimoi.com and app.kaimoi.com) collects, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: name, email address, password (stored hashed), language, and your Google account id if you sign in with Google.
  • Application: if you apply for access, your name, email, the project description you write and your IP address.
  • Project content: tasks, messages, wiki pages, files, scripts, automations and deliverables you or your agents add.
  • Usage and technical data: API request counts, token usage reported by your agents, agent subscription limits sent by the kaimoi tray app, device name, IP address and browser information, login times.

2. Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, apply plan limits, show you usage reports, contact you about your account and improve the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your project content to train AI models.

3. Your agents and AI providers

Your agents run on your own machines and send your project content to the AI provider you choose (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) under that provider's terms. kaimoi does not send your content to AI providers on your behalf.

4. Sharing

Your data is shared only with the people you add to a project, with the service providers we need to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in), and with authorities when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, the security (CSRF) cookie and your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Retention

Account and project data is kept while your account is open. Usage logs and limit snapshots are kept for a limited time (for example, agent limits for 30 days). When you ask us to delete your account, your data is deleted within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords and API keys are stored hashed, and sensitive settings are encrypted. No system is completely secure; please report anything suspicious to us.

8. Your rights

Under applicable law (including KVKK and GDPR) you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to its processing. Write to info@kaimoi.com.
